A Haji at the Muslim Market

Nepal is predominantly dominated by Hindus and Buddhists. Muslim are a minority here in Nepal. However, in a small enclave in Thamel Bazaar, one can find a Muslim quarters. Here the market sells “halal food”. There are a couple of Muslim Restaurants and food stalls here catering to the Muslims.

I find the morning light here is one of the best in Thamel Bazaar. If you want to catch the best light go there in the morning between 8.30 to 10am. The market activity starts around 9am.
