One of the nicest things to do on a Saturday morning in Melbourne is to go for brunch and coffee in some of those hipster places. The Industrial Deco is the in-thing among the hipster cafes littered around the city. Here the conversion of warehouses, factories and period buildings are much sought after for cafes, shops and residential homes.
After brunch, the best thing to do is to visit one of the many watering holes to cool down and voice your views on the latest art or government issues depending on how many drinks you had.
Here the sun sets at around 8.30pm. What better way to call it a day before heading out for dinner is another cup of caffeine fix. The coffee culture is similar to our Malaysian “teh tarik” culture only more stylish.
