The joys of rain

Kids will be kids. Nothing that nature throws on them will deter them from having fun. Here were two kids having fun in the rain at the Cebu Wet Market. Getting two or more human subjects in the picture enhances the image. It rewards the viewer with more subjects to view and their interaction with each other. In order to capture the effects of the rain, it is best to have the subject side lighted and lower the shutter speed to around 1/30 sec. The slightly blur image as a result of the lower shutter speed suggests motion that one would expect from a pair of playful kids.
